Everything starts with the order
Reception opens the order, and the quote, the parts, the work in the bay, the invoice and the payment are all added to it. The order's header always shows which stage it is at.

Client picked from the list, car by plate or VIN, mileage and the client's complaint.

Quote
Priced parts and labour, a printed or PDF estimate. The client approves and the lines move into the order.

Parts ordered
Each part comes from stock, a supplier or the client. On the line: ordered, received, delivered.

In service
The car goes into its booked bay. The mechanic takes photos and writes findings on a phone.

Repair closed
The mechanic is done. Reception gets a request and the client can get an SMS.

Invoice and payment
The invoice is made from the order and sent to e-Factura. Payment by cash, card or bank; the car is handed over.

Order closed
The order locks. Anything unpaid stays on the client's balance; only an admin can reopen it.
One sheet for parts, labour and money
Every line shows where the part comes from and where it is now. Total, payments and balance are calculated the same way everywhere in the app.

Missing parts go to the supplier in one click
The app groups the parts to order by supplier. When goods arrive they go first to cars already in the shop, then to booked ones.

Bay scheduling, with every step of the job
A body repair goes through the body shop, the booth and drying. Each step gets its own bay and time, and overlaps show up before you save.

Mechanics work from a phone, clients see the photos
A simple screen with only their own jobs: photos, parts, tasks and findings. The client gets a link to the photos, no account or password needed.

A module can be tried for a limited period before you add it. SMS messages are paid separately, to the SMS provider you choose.
Frequently asked questions
What does being a pilot workshop mean?
You use the Full plan with every module for free during the pilot. We help you get started and you tell us what doesn't work or what's missing. At launch you keep a pilot price, below the list price.
When does it launch?
After the pilot, once the pilot workshops run their day in it without problems. People on the list hear the date and prices first.
Is my data stored with other workshops' data?
No. Each company gets its own separate database. Passwords and keys for outside services (such as SMS) are stored encrypted.
Can I use it without the stock module?
Yes. Orders, invoices and parts ordered from suppliers all work without stock; you just mark a part as arrived.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
Mechanics get a screen made for phones. Reception and the office work on a laptop or tablet, in the browser, with nothing to install.
Can I change the rules to fit how we work?
Yes. Calendar overlaps, required client details, the hourly rate, labour VAT, the text on estimates and much more are chosen in Settings.
