These terms apply to the use of the pitstopauto.ro website and to signing up through its form. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. What the site is
The site presents PitStop Auto, management software for car workshops, ahead of its launch. The information is for presentation and may change before launch. The application screens use sample data.
The site is aimed at businesses (car workshops and the people who represent them).
3. Signing up for the pilot or the launch
- Signing up through the form does not create a contract and does not bind either side. It allows us to contact you.
- We choose pilot workshops by how well they fit the programme (for example the type of work and the number of bays). We cannot accept every sign-up.
- Taking part in the pilot is governed by a separate agreement setting out its length, the conditions of use, the processing of data in the application and the pilot price.
- Prices and the launch date are announced at launch.
4. Fair use of the site
You may not send false data through the form, or data about other people without their consent, try to disrupt the site or access parts of it that are not public.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, images, logo, the PitStop Auto name and the application belong to SOLID FLOW SRL and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent. The names e-Factura, ANAF, RAR and RAR AutoPass belong to their owners and are used only to describe how the application connects to those systems; we are not affiliated with these institutions.
6. Liability
We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate, but it is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made only on the basis of information on the site, or for temporary interruptions of the site.
7. Personal data
How we process the data from the form is described in the privacy policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or, if that is not possible, by the competent courts at the registered office of SOLID FLOW SRL.
